The Summer I Turned Pretty S3 comes out July 16 and I am SOOOOO exciteddd!!!

RANT TIME!!
The transitions from daylight by Taylor swift to RED by Taylor were absolutely amazing and I am GAGGED. Coming from a Conrad girly, (don’t say I didn’t warn ya – reference intended) I was pretty.. uncomfortable the whole trailer till I saw MY BABYYY!! (he DEVOURED those 0.675 seconds of screen time. CONRAD’S HEY CHANGED MY. WHOLE. LIFE.) And no, I will not explain why I’m team Connie Baby I just am. Everything about this is perfect and Taylor just adds a little extra Shazam.
MY OPINIONS AND PREDICTIONS!!!
- Skye must go. She legitimately scares me. (although I”m grateful she tried to help with the house) The kiss with beloved Cam Cameron was NOT it and I am scarred for life. (I will take Cam)
2. Taylor and Steven are endgame and no one can convince me otherwise. This is probably a very popular opinion BUT they’re so perfect for the enemies-lovers trope and I NEED to see more of them ❤
3. In the end of the trailer we see Conrad show up to the summer house, obviously it’s winter (he has a candy cane and a winter coat it’s pretty clear..) and Belly opens the door surprised to see him. I *THINK* that she was having feelings about Conrad again, and brought Jeremiah to the summer house during winter to replace the memories~ with Jere.. then Conrad shows up and it’s absolute chaos. It sounds crazy but Jenny Han is crazy so it works out. (compliment)
Yes, I know the trailer is about Belly and Jere but Conrad took over the whole thing with “Hey.” The amount of times I’ve watched (and skipped to the end) just to hear that one word is in-sane. This is the PERFECT teaser trailer. It’s not giving you the whole plot or spoiling anything, but still gets the perfect message across: absolute chaos. The colors are perfect too, more warm colors for Jere but cool colors for Conrad, basically like flashbacks to the winter~ *insert wink wink here*

If Jere cheats on her like he did in the book, my life will end. Even though I’m team Conrad ALL THE WAY, Belly honestly ruined their family enough and doesn’t deserve any of them. (I can take Connie)
The dopamine hit at the end is my new Roman Empire.
