Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 drops butter extract (optional)
- 1 tbsp butterscotch chips
Optional Toppings:
- Whipped cream
- Butterscotch drizzle
- Crushed toffee pieces
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe mug, stir together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, vanilla, and butter extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in butterscotch chips.
- Microwave for 60–75 seconds, or until the cake is cooked through.
- Cool for a minute before adding toppings.
