Hermione’s Butterbeer Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 drops butter extract (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butterscotch chips

Optional Toppings:

  • Whipped cream
  • Butterscotch drizzle
  • Crushed toffee pieces

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, stir together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add milk, melted butter, vanilla, and butter extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in butterscotch chips.
  4. Microwave for 60–75 seconds, or until the cake is cooked through.
  5. Cool for a minute before adding toppings.
